I am a diligent documentary Series Director, Producer / Director and Edit Producer with in-depth trauma training and camera training from industry DOPs. I grew up between County Kerry, Ireland and Southwest England - two places that I call home. As a director, I take pride in self-shooting observational actuality to the highest of standards and my ability to shape impactful and sincere stories, whether unfolding or retrospective. Having previously worked as a producer, I’m experienced in developing and maintaining trusting and transparent collaborative relationships with contributors and national organisations. I believe that when handled well, documentaries can be cathartic and empowering for their subjects and I dig deep find a sense of hope in the stories I tell - even within the most challenging circumstances.
